MTO - The Inventors of "Lightning Prevention"

MTO is an engineering and manufacturing company founded in Istanbul, Turkey, in 2007. Our primary goal has been to combine innovation with high-quality engineering services to create new solutions that protect metal structures from lightning-related damage.

With the support of various science and technology institutions, we invented a remarkable solution that keeps lightning strikes AWAY from telecommunication towers, radio&tv broadcast towers, tower cranes, power transmission towers, solar panels, weather stations, outdoor camera poles, military and civil telescopic masts, and sailboats.

This was not a traditional lightning protection solution; it was a new system that made metal structures invisible to lightning strikes.

 

So we invented and introduced a brand-new concept to the market: Lightning Prevention.

 

And we named the solution as EvoDis® Lightning Prevention System.

Project Design

We require structural information about the tower to be protected to design the EvoDis® System. 
 
Once we gather all the details, we draw the structure on a CAD platform from scratch, and MTO’s Engineering Team designs the appropriate lightning prevention solution by applying EvoDis® Units to the drawing. Once the product list is set, our Design Team finalizes the Installation Scheme, which guides field teams to the proper installation of the EvoDis® System.
